DESCRIPTION:This form OR the Google Doc must be filled out to RSVP for the event. \nOctober 10th. We will meet at 10:15 to enter at 10:30. Please be on time as we need to enter together. If you are late you will need to pay $10 per person to enter. \nCost: free (parking is additional)\nConvenient parking is available on our North Lot (accessible at 19th Avenue & Monte Vista) or across 19th Avenue in our West Lot (accessible at Encanto and 20th ave)\, starting at 10 a.m. ADA parking is available in both lots. \nThis event is open to everyone. Please use your discretion if it would be a good fit for your family. \nThe field trip portion ends at 11:30 but you are welcome to stay the rest of the day. The rides and rest of the fair opens at noon and you would need to purchase a wristband/tickets for those. \nThe AZSF Field Trip Package includes: \nEarly Admission to the Fair (10:00 AM – 11:30 AM)\nFREE Admission to the Fair (for students and adult chaperones pre-registered and entering as part of their group)\nKerr’s Farm Tours presented by Arizona Milk Producers (Farm Tours open at 10:00 AM)\nArizona Agriculture Display (Ag Center and Livestock Barns open at 10:00 AM)\nCross-Curricular Educational Opportunities and Interactive Curriculum (K-3rd Grade; Science\, Social Studies\, Math\, Language Arts\, Fine Arts)\nArizona State Fair Experience\nAn Amazing Day! \nSeveral exhibits are open early just for the field trips! Exhibits that open at 10:00 AM include: \nHome Arts (Home Arts Building)\nFine Arts (North Hall)\nSchool/4H/Textile Entries (South Hall)\nBest of Arizona (South Hall)\nAll Barns (Ag Center\, Animal Barns)\nKerr’s Farm Tours presented by AZ Milk Producers (Ag Center)\nArizona Agriculture Display (West End of Cattle Barn)\nThunderbird Model Railroad (Grandstand) \nFood: You are welcome to bring food and beverages in but will be responsible for them. There is no storage space available. Fair concessions will open at noon.
