SUMMARY:Field Trip - North Gateway Transfer Tour
DESCRIPTION:Have you ever wondered what happens after your trash is collected from your curb? Well\, wonder no more!\nJoin us for a tour of the North Gateway Transfer Station.\nCost: $1 per person.\nMoney will be donated to The Big Mutt Network\nThere are only 30 slots available so we will have 2 sections. One at 11 am and one at 12 noon.\nCheck-in is 15 minutes before your entry time. Jillian will post in the Facebook event where we are meeting the morning of the event.\nThere are no age restrictions for this trip\, please use your judgment on if this will be a good fit for your family.\n\n\nNorth Gateway Transfer Station is located on the I-17 and the Dixileta Drive exit.\nThe address is 30205 N Black Canyon Hwy\, Phoenix\, AZ 85085.\n\n\n• When you take the exit ramp at Dixileta Drive\, you will follow the road until you see Gate 3.\n• Make a left at Gate 3 and follow the road until you reach the parking lot.\n• Your tour guide will meet you in the administrator/visitor office.\n\n\n*Note: If you’re coming from the north (Carefree/Anthem)\, there is no exit ramp while going south on the I-17\, so typically groups will exit the freeway at Jomax or Happy Valley and then hop back on going north to exit at Dixileta.
